GROUND RULES FOR POSTING
Here’s the deal: By logging on to the Growing Pains web site (which we’ll call “the site,” or “we” from here on), you agree to play by the site’s rules.
You can read the whole rulebook here, but right now we want to make sure you understand what’s OK and what’s not OK to post when you use the site’s communication services.
By “communication services,” we mean features — like bulletin boards, chat rooms, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, and calendars — that can connect you with the general public, or a smaller group, or just one person.
In return for access to the site’s communication services, you agree to use them responsibly. For instance, it is NOT OK to:
- Violate anybody’s rights
- Spread content that’s unlawful or offensive
- Upload anything that you don’t own, or that might damage any computer
- Advertise
- Run scams or send spam
- Conceal the authorship, ownership, or source of anything you upload
- Collect anybody’s information without their consent
- Get in the way of anybody’s communication services use
- Break the rules of any of the communication services
- Break any other laws or regulations
If you’re still not sure how to behave, you’d better read every word of the Terms of Use. But we think you’re smart enough to know how it works.
Failure to play nice and follow the above rules will result in your account being suspended or terminated.
